All rates based on double occupancy.
Extra occupant charge:   $60 per night for each additional person.
(Children age 5 and under stay free in Garden House room with parent or guardian.)

Credit card required to hold reservation.

Cancellation Policy: Seven days notice required to avoid charge.
For cancellation within seven days of reservation, one half applicable
rate will be charged.

Children age 9 or over welcome in Manor House Suites.
No age restrictions in Garden House.
Sorry, no pets.
All Monteverde facilities are non-smoking.
